As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns for change of mind or errors in approved artwork.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

We are located in rural Western Australia and with Australia Post these are the expected timelines :

Standard Shipping :

WA 3-4 business days, SA 4-5 business days | VIC & NSW 5-7 business days | QLD 6-9 business days

Express Shipping :

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Shop Pay for your convenience.

You are welcome to add more items to an order already placed if it has not shipped. Send us an email with your existing order number and we will assist to add items to the order without attracting additional shipping fees.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package.

If you would like to make modifications to your order, get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order and we would be happy to make the changes. Add your order number to the email heading. Email Us
